About Us
Connections365 is a faith-based 501C3 nonprofit organization committed to supporting youth, adults, and families in need. Founded in 1989 and formerly known as the Christian Community Placement Center (CCPC), the organization is rooted in the Christian values of Faith, Hope, and Love and delivers services through three program areas: residential services, mental health counseling, and mentoring. Across all programs, Connections365 provides youth with case management, counseling, educational services, and skill-building, partnering with families, schools, caseworkers, churches, and other community agencies. The organization serves clients from all walks of life and is committed to non-discrimination in all of its practices.
Connections365 is at a meaningful moment in its history. Following the loss of its long-tenured Executive Director, whose decades of leadership shaped every aspect of the organization’s culture, programs, and relationships, the team is both grieving and hopeful. They are looking for a leader who will honor what has been built while guiding Connections365 through an important transition in leadership, programming, and funding, one that positions the organization for long-term sustainability and continued impact in the lives of youth and families.
About You
You are a seasoned nonprofit leader who knows how to guide mission-driven organizations through transition, change, and long-term growth. You bring the steadiness, warmth, and judgment needed to lead in a setting where trust, communication, and relational credibility matter deeply. You know that stepping into a longstanding, close-knit organization means listening before acting, and you bring the patience and humility to hold space for a grieving team while providing the clear, forward-looking leadership they need. You are not looking to come in and change everything. You are looking to understand what has been built, honor it, and help shape what comes next.
You have deep experience in fundraising, external relationship-building, and financial leadership. You know how to cultivate donors, steward funders, build community partnerships, and tell an organization's story in ways that grow support and strengthen visibility. You bring strong business and financial acumen, understanding nonprofit finance, operations, and compliance as tools for protecting and advancing mission. You have experience working closely with boards, providing clear accountability, and building the kind of governance culture that supports long-term organizational health. If the faith foundation that has shaped Connections365 resonates with your own values and approach to leadership, you will find an especially meaningful home here.
