Position Overview
The Executive Director serves as the Chamber’s lead operator and ambassador, responsible
for driving membership growth and retention, delivering meaningful value to members, and
ensuring strong day-to-day operations. This role reports to the chamber’s Board of Directors
and manages a small team (1.5 FTE) along with volunteers.

- Lead membership growth and retention efforts
- Develop and maintain partnerships and sponsorships
- Represent the Chamber publicly
- Manage operations and ensure fiscal stability
- Supervise and develop staff
- Support an active volunteer base
- Oversee planning for events
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in non-profit organizations
- Demonstrated commitment to the LGBTQ community
- Demonstrated experience in fostering strong relationships across lines of difference
- Demonstrated experience in meeting fundraising or membership goals
- Exceptional communication skills
- Evidence of the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Advanced degree in nonprofit management or related field
- Experience in nonprofit or chamber leadership
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Experience working with a Board of Directors
