Position Overview
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the CFO leads all financial operations, including financial strategy, planning and analysis, investments, accounting, compliance, and risk management. As a member of the Strategic Leadership Group, the CFO plays a critical role in shaping institutional strategy and ensuring long-term financial sustainability.

- Oversee accounting, reporting, audits, and internal controls
- Manage investment portfolios and financial assets
- Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management
- Partner with senior leadership and the Board on financial matters
- Support enterprise-wide decision-making and strategy
- CPA required. MBA a plus.
- Senior-level financial leadership experience
- Strong background in fund accounting, investments, and compliance
- Experience in nonprofit organizations is valued, but not required
- Proven strategic thinker with strong executive presence
