Small, family-operated Italian restaurant seeking dedicated and professional Servers to join our work family. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Digital Dining POS
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, ideally with fine dining experience
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and sales upselling
- Previous Bartending experience is highly desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
We are a DINNER ONLY restaurant. Normal shift begins at 3:30pm. We are closed Sundays & Mondays.
We occasionally host Wine Dinners, Special Holidays, Private events and Luncheons that will affect normal hours.
