Responsibilities
- Receiving timecards and calculating hours to be paid while maintaining the accuracy of hours to be paid
- Processing payroll including the time entry and verification, generating payroll checks and direct deposits.
- Processing new hires, verifying onboarding packets for completion, creating employee records and data entry.
- Updating employee records such as assignments, pay/bill rates, and termination.
- Working with HR to ensure adherence to company and state policies.
- Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
- Process required documents for payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and deductions
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
- Bilingual – English and Spanish (required)
Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
