Responsibilities
Starting Salary Range: starting $55,000 to $65,000 per year based on experience
Responsibilities
- Represent Nongshim to customers with the goal of building strong partnerships, securing new distribution opportunities, and expanding existing product placements.
- Create and process sales orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions in the system.
- Monitor Goods Issue (GI) and Goods Receipt (GR) processes to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with warehouses and customers to resolve delivery issues and confirm successful receipt of goods.
- Manage customer invoicing, shipment schedules, accounts receivable aging, and resolve invoice deductions to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Conduct sales calls and meetings with HQ buyers, retailers, and wholesale customers to introduce Nongshim products and new items.
- Execute promotions, marketing initiatives, and merchandising at both HQ and store levels.
- Secure purchase orders from existing customers and actively seek new business opportunities.
- Collect and report market intelligence, including customer feedback, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Research market trends and analyze potential business partnerships to support sales growth.
- Provide general office operations support as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, basic business etiquette, and customer service skills
- Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint required
- 1 Sales Field Experience preferred
- Ability to travel
- Valid Driver’s License
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
