Key Responsibilities
- Assist with forecasting production volumes to meet sales needs and reduce excess inventory, using Excel and data analysis tools.
- Support improvements to production efficiency and operational stability by identifying trends and tracking KPIs.
- Help analyze production costs, including labor and raw materials, and prepare regular cost reports for management.
- Organize and maintain production data, ensuring accuracy and integrity across MES/SAP systems.
- Prepare daily and monthly production reports, including productivity summaries and profit analysis.
- Learn and assist with MES/SAP system tasks, including master data creation, updates, troubleshooting errors, and modifying production reports.
- Support the monthly production closing process by reviewing input data, making corrections, and helping resolve any issues.
- Communicate clearly in both Korean and English with production, sales, and logistics teams to align schedules and resolve planning questions.
- Create PowerPoint presentations and reports to share production and cost insights with management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 0–3 years in sales forecasting, sales, analyst (internships or academic projects welcome).
- Language: Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English required.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (MES or SAP PP module is a plus).
- Proficiency in Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
