We are a natural beauty brand looking for a creative new team member to help us create content for our products and social media!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging and informative content across various platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of content creation, social media marketing, and the ability to adapt writing styles to suit different audiences. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand's online presence and engaging with our target audience.
Duties
- Develop high-quality written content for blogs, articles, social media posts, and marketing materials.
- Must be able to create compelling reels, attention gaining hooks, with the ability to film and edit all content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling advertising copy that aligns with brand messaging.
- Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure accuracy and relevance in all written materials.
- Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor audience engagement and feedback on published content.
- Assist in the creation of multimedia content by incorporating video editing and graphic design elements when necessary.
- Manage social media accounts using platforms like Hootsuite to schedule posts and track performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices in public relations, and emerging digital marketing strategies.
Skills
- Proficiency in content creation with a strong portfolio showcasing writing samples.
- Familiarity with video editing software and graphic design principles is a plus.
- Knowledge of advertising techniques and public relations strategies.
- Experience with Google tools for analytics and performance tracking.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Pay: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour
