Role Description

• Manage and maintain sales enablement content within Seismic, including uploads, updates, archiving and version control
• Ensure content is properly tagged, categorized and aligned to business objectives
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to publish approved content and remove outdated or non-compliant assets
• Support content governance standards to maintain platform consistency
• Continue work with strategic goals in mind to further the roadmap for the platform
• Document processes and maintain continuity to ensure smooth transition
  
  

Skills, Experience, Qualifications And Knowledge Required

• Experience managing content in Seismic
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple content updates and priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable collaborating and communicating cross-functionally with other teams
• Familiarity with sales enablement best practices
• Experience building out automation/LiveDocs within the Seismic platform is preferable, but not required
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field, or relative work experience
