The Role


Reporting to the CEO, the VP of Business Development will own partnerships, revenue, and distribution. You will identify, close, and scale high-leverage partners across brands, campuses, influencers, and institutions. This is a rare opportunity to build the business side of a mission-driven consumer company tackling one of the biggest problems facing Gen Z.


Key Responsibilities


  • Partnership Strategy: Build and execute NOMO’s partnership roadmap across brand, campus, and distribution partners.
  • Pipeline Ownership: Source, prioritize, and manage a full pipeline from first contact to close.
  • High-Velocity Execution: Draft proposals, run outreach, negotiate deals, and push to signature.
  • Revenue & Distribution: Drive partner-led growth, co-marketing, and integrated campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Product, Growth, and Ops to deliver partner integrations fast.
  • Partner Success: Ensure partners activate, perform, and expand over time.
  • Systems & Process: Build a repeatable BD motion with metrics, reporting, and templates.
