- Building and maintaining relationships with producers, dealers and industry stakeholders
- Guiding dealer engagement through support, best practices and practical follow-up
- Driving successful onboarding and long-term system adoption
- Providing technical support by phone, email and on-farm visits
- Monitoring system performance and coordinating solutions with internal teams
- Supporting hardware installations and integrations with herd management, parlor and dairy software systems
- Delivering structured training and follow-up sessions for producers and dealer personnel
