Full-Time Leasing Agent

As a Full-Time Leasing Agent at Nomadic Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in connecting prospective tenants with their ideal rental homes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Property Showings: Conducting property showings and ensuring properties are ready to be displayed. You will review property details, neighborhood highlights, and other essential information to provide valuable insights to potential renters.
• Quality Assurance Inspections: Perform quality assurance inspections of properties before move-in to ensure they meet Nomadic Real Estate's high standards.
• Key Delivery Operations: Efficiently deliver keys between properties and assist with delivery operations.
• Independence and Organization: Managing daily schedules, organizing property knowledge, commute times, and neighborhoods to efficiently carry out leasing responsibilities.
• Interpersonal Skills: Interact with prospective tenants face-to-face daily, actively listen, respond effectively, and collaborate with the Leasing Manager to identify hot leads.
• Persuasion: Demonstrate strong persuasion skills to highlight home and neighborhood features, attracting qualified tenants to rental properties.
• Problem-Solving: Possess the ability to troubleshoot and resolve various issues that may arise during the leasing process, such as lockboxes, real estate laws, traffic, and challenging situations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A reliable vehicle with a current driver's license and auto insurance is required.
• Must obtain property management certification within the first 90 days of employment.
• Basic smartphone skills with the ability to learn company-specific software programs.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and give tours for prolonged periods.
• Must be comfortable traversing a variety of properties, including those with stairs, in various weather conditions.
