Approval of time off? Time off requests go through Manager No RTO will be considered during the first 3 weeks of August annually (Sturgis Bike Rally) Working weekends may be required. On call hours may be required. Working holidays may be required. Floating: If yes, where? Routinely: PreOp, PACU, Endo prep and discharge, Phase 2. Could be floated within scope of practice and below wherever needed. Minimum experience: Must have 1.5 years of experience system requirement. Night shift RN only (2030-0700): Must have Critical Care experience and competencies with ICU cases including hemodynamic drips and ventilated patients. Patient Ratios: RN: Pre-Op 1:2-3, PACU 1:1 or 1:2, Phase 2 1:2-4 All ratios dependent on acuity levels, presence of airways, ages, comorbidities, or on any special monitoring, etc.
