THE MISSION
Nomad Sport Grounds is building the future of Padel in the US. We are a fast-moving, precision-focused team. We are looking for hardworking installers who want to travel, learn a specialized trade, and get the job done right.
THE LIFESTYLE
- The Schedule: You work hard for ~3 weeks straight (traveling to different job sites), then you get 1 full week off to rest.
- The Travel: We pay for your flights. We pay for your hotels/Airbnbs. You see the country while you work.
- Flexibility: Construction doesn't always run on time. You must be willing to stay until the job is finished, even if that extends the trip by a few days.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Heavy Lifting: Unloading shipping containers (steel beams, glass panels, turf rolls). This is physically demanding work.
- Precision Assembly: Bolting steel structures, installing tempered glass, and laying sports turf under the supervision of your Team Lead.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the job site clean, organize tools, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Learn: Master the installation process. The best Installers become Team Leads.

EL ESTILO DE VIDA
El Horario: Trabajas intensamente durante aproximadamente 3 semanas consecutivas (viajando a diferentes obras), y luego disfrutas de 1 semana completa de descanso.
Los Viajes: Cubrimos tus vuelos. Pagamos tus hoteles/Airbnbs. Conoces el país mientras trabajas.
Flexibilidad: La construcción no siempre avanza según lo previsto. Debes estar dispuesto a quedarte hasta que el proyecto esté terminado, incluso si eso implica extender el viaje algunos días más.
QUÉ HARÁS
Trabajo Físico Pesado: Descarga de contenedores (vigas de acero, paneles de vidrio, rollos de césped sintético). Es un trabajo físicamente exigente.
Ensamblaje de Precisión: Atornillar estructuras de acero, instalar vidrio templado y colocar césped deportivo bajo la supervisión de tu Líder de Equipo.
Mantenimiento del Sitio: Mantener el área de trabajo limpia, organizar herramientas y garantizar el cumplimiento de los protocolos de seguridad.
Aprender y Crecer: Dominar el proceso de instalación. Los mejores Instaladores pueden convertirse en Líderes de Equipo.
