- You have professional cleaning experience and consistently produce exceptional work. Experience in hotels or vacation rentals is strongly preferred.

Requirements
- Applicants must have professional cleaning experience. Hotel and/or vacation rental housekeeping experience is strongly preferred.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Applicants must be able to pass pre-employment drug testing.
- We prefer that you provide professional references.
- Candidates must be physically able to perform the demands of professional housekeeping, including standing, bending, lifting, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.

About the Position
Our homes are located primarily in Seaside, with continued expansion into Cannon Beach, Gearhart, and Warrenton.
Most cleaning takes place during guest turnovers between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM. In addition to cleaning and staging homes, you'll help process laundry at Seaside Laundry to ensure linens meet our five-star standards and are ready for upcoming guest arrivals.
As we continue adding new properties to our portfolio, you'll also participate in deep cleans to prepare homes for launch. These projects involve transforming homes to our five-star standards before welcoming their first guests.
Your responsibilities include cleaning, inspecting, staging homes, maintaining high-quality linens, identifying maintenance concerns, and helping prepare newly onboarded properties.
