Nomad Dental Practices is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will help patients understand their treatment plans, coordinate scheduling, manage financial arrangements, collect payments, and assist with insurance claims and follow-up. You will work closely with both patients and doctors to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience from start to finish.
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Dental experience and knowledge of dental software and insurance processes are preferred. The ideal candidate is compassionate, team-oriented, and passionate about helping patients achieve great dental health.
