Crafted for early risers, creatives, wanderers and anyone chasing good vibes and even better coffee. Open daily from 7am to 2pm, Nomad Coffee proudly be serves HoldFast Coffee, Colorado Springs Bagels, and other local favs. We are looking for passionate, experienced baristas to join our team! Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process transactions efficiently using Toast POS system
• Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, proper food handling procedures, and health regulations
• Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches, snacks, or baked goods as needed
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience or strong coffee knowledge is highly preferred
• Familiarity with Toast POS systems is advantageous
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, weekends, and evenings/holidays as needed

Must have weekend availability (Friday/Saturday/Sunday)
