Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all cafe operations, including food preparation, beverage service, and customer interactions to ensure a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage hiring, staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and efficient team.
- Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels to support smooth daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations through regular inspections and staff training.
- Handle cash transactions accurately. Manage cash handling procedures and reconcile daily sales.
- Coordinate shift management, including opening, closing, and ensuring operational consistency throughout the day.
- Implement quality control measures to uphold high standards in food presentation, taste, and overall guest satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven management experience in a quick service or restaurant environment with a focus on cafe or casual dining settings.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety protocols.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Square for order processing and sales tracking.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising staff, conducting interviews, and managing team performance.
- Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and food management within a hospitality or restaurant context.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles including customer service excellence and kitchen management.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
