Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Care Representative. The position is based in Ankeny, IA, with some flexibility for work from home. The Client Care Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide support, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high levels of customer experience. This role includes managing communication through phone, email, and other channels, providing information about services, resolving issues, and keeping accurate records of customer interactions. The representative will also be responsible for scheduling appointments and coordinating with the service team.
