Description
Nolley Insurance Group is a rapidly growing Property & Casualty agency in the Central Indiana area seeking a licensed Customer Service Agent (CSA) to join our in-office team.
Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service to existing policyholders
- Completing renewal calls to ensure client retention
- Processing policy rewrites under set thresholds
- Completing certificate of insurance requests timely
- Data entry (acord forms) and policy servicing in EZLynx (not required but helpful)
- Identifying upsell opportunities and assisting with appointment setting
Requirements:
- Active Property & Casualty license required
- Commercial lines insurance experience preferred
- EZLynx experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- $45,000 to $60,000 salary
