Work M-F, 8:30AM-5PM in a laid-back and casual environment. Earn $18/hr plus incentives, bonuses and PTO.
What will you do as a Customer Service Representative?
- Compile reports of delinquent accounts
- Call overdue accounts by phone
- Assist customers with payment plans and offer solutions
- Collect, process and post payments via phone
