What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business clients via phone and email
- Respond to inquiries regarding contracts, accounts, services, and orders
- Review contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies
- Verify key contract details including names, dates, terms, and payment information
- Identify errors or missing information and route contracts for correction or approval
- Maintain and update customer and contract records in internal systems
- Track contract status and ensure timely processing and completion
- Collaborate with internal departments including billing, sales, operations, and compliance
- Provide professional and timely resolution to client issues
What You Bring:
- Previous customer service, administrative, or legal experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry systems, CRM experience a plus)
- Ability to type at least 50 words per minute (WPM) required
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
