Nolia is an upscale restaurant and bar concept in Centennial. We have a weekly rotating menu of scratch-made dishes. We do catering and special events like 7 course chef's tasting menus. Our concept is continental European upscale family style dining with a southern influence. The bar is a full bar with an exceptional wine list. We are family owned and operated. OUR CONCEPT
- 100 item a la carte charcuterie menu. Think sushi menu, but with incredible cheeses, meats, jams, spreads, nuts, fruits, breads, crackers.
- Robust, ever changing menu of luxury scratch made recipes - Creative, very flavorful, hearty menu.
- Induction modern kitchen with no hoods, flat tops, fryers, etc.
- This simplistic kitchen means that team members are not dealing with hot fryer oil, cleaning stinky flat-tops, and disposing of grill ash. This concept is clean and not a smelly, greasy kitchen.
- Small plates and family style shared plates and tapas selection encourages guests to taste many elements on the menu - rather than have a large plate of one item.

- Our menu concept is scratch-made, full of flavor.

- Average guest check expectation is $45-60 per person at dinner.
- We make from-scratch, yummy food with real ingredients.
- Our chefs have a dynamic menu with weekly specials that change every Tuesday.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- We are looking for people who are passionate about food - cooking, sauces, fabulous things like caviar and crab meat, high-end ingredients, fresh food, cured meats, cheese, high-end specialty foods, wine, & cocktails.
- We want team members who not only want to find a home with us, but they are looking to grow with us as well! This restaurant brand is a new, fresh, and growing one.
- We want happy people that love making people happy with food.
You should want to cram your noggin full of cheesy & foodie details, and be able to spill that knowledge to clients that visit us.
- We don't care if your hair is green, nor if you don't have any hair at all - but that mermaid hair should be classy looking, not look like your BFF did it in a sink with some kool-aid. Think about that high-end client buying a $300 bottle of wine or lobster and caviar -and make sure they'd be comfortable receiving it from you.
- We don't care if you have a college degree - but we do want strong cooking restaurant experience and someone who is eager to learn what we do.
- We care that you're creative - not just someone who can dump pre-cooked food in a fryer. We do REAL cooking.
- You should not only have experience, but passion and talent in cooking!

Pay: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour
