Job Type: Full-time (benefit eligible)
Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (3 days on one week, 4 days on the following week - every other weekend). This means you only work 182 days per year vs. the traditional 8-hour schedule 5 times per week that work 260 days per year.

What will your day look like?
- You'll mostly operate a high-tech injection molding machine, making high-precision plastic parts for our world-famous customers. These parts are put into medical and industrial devices that are used by thousands of people around the world every day.
- You'll manually trim some of the parts, inspect them for any defects, and sometimes package them using a variety of tools, including robots.
- Depending on the job, sometimes you'll put some of the parts together by hand.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No experience required, we'll give you all of the training you need
