Manage inventory, purchasing, and job estimates Ensure make-ready units and work orders are completed in a timely manner Monitor and manage D&R, supplies, replacements, and capital expenses to budget Maintain accurate logs and documentation Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members Step in to support staffing decisions and team supervision when needed Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs as required Requirements:What You’ll Bring4 years of maintenance experience, with at least 3 years in a trade-specific role Type II or EPA Universal certification requiredStrong knowledge of general maintenance, construction, and safety practices Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in physically demanding environments Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Personal cell phone required for on-call availability Additional DetailsHigh school diploma or GED required Valid US driver's license requiredWork may be performed on rooftops and require use of ladders or lift devices Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions Nolan Living is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer Background check and E-Verify required Ready to lead a team and make a real impact?
