Secretary – Real Estate Office
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Secretary to join our busy real estate office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks, excellent math skills, and a good understanding of office financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- General office administrative support
- Maintain organized filing systems online
- Manage and update records in Excel via Google Sheets
- Assist with bookkeeping duties
- Knowledge in A/R (Accounts Receivable) and A/P (Accounts Payable)
Requirements:
- Strong math skills (required)
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets (preferred)
- Experience in A/R and A/P (preferred)
- Bookkeeping or basic accounting experience (preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- In-office position
Compensation:
- Salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications
