As an entry level Wireless Enrollment Assistant, you’ll work face-to-face with new and existing customers by explaining sales service options, activating accounts, and delivering reliable support in a fast-paced campaign environment.
What you’ll do as an entry level Wireless Enrollment Assistant:
- Speak directly with customers about wireless service plans, pricing, and upgrades
- Assist with account setup, sales activations, and plan modifications
- Guide new customers through sales enrollment as a knowledgeable entry level Wireless Enrollment Assistant
