Our team is continuing to expand throughout the New Orleans market and is looking for an Entry Level Bilingual Sales Representative to support residential outreach and wireless enrollments for AT&T campaigns.

In this role, the Entry Level Bilingual Sales Representative works directly with homeowners to explain AT&T wireless and internet services, complete contracts, close sales, and strengthen customer relationships throughout the community. The Entry Level Bilingual Sales Representative plays a major role in helping expand AT&T’s customer base while maintaining a professional and approachable brand presence during every interaction.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Bilingual Sales Representative

• Speak directly with residential customers about AT&T wireless products, internet services, pricing, and promotions
• Represent the brand professionally during face-to-face outreach and customer interaction
• Draft contracts, process enrollments, and finalize completed sales accurately
• Use conversational sales techniques to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Explain service details, features, and plan options in a way that feels straightforward and easy to follow
• Maintain organized customer records, applications, and completed sales documentation
• Support outreach efforts designed to increase overall brand visibility throughout the New Orleans market
• Work with other Entry Level Bilingual Sales Representative team members to maintain consistent customer engagement and sales growth

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Comfortable working directly with customers in residential settings throughout New Orleans
• Strong communication skills and ability to keep conversations natural and productive
• Ability to stay organized while balancing outreach activity, follow-ups, and contracts
• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, promotions, customer service, or sales is helpful but not required
• Someone who responds well to commission incentives and performance-based goals
