- Conduct door-to-door outreach in residential neighborhoods throughout the New Orleans area
- Speak directly with current, former, and potential AT&T customers
- Present and explain AT&T wireless products and services clearly and confidently
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions
- Close sales and complete customer enrollments
- Track performance and set personal sales goals
- Overturn objections in a confident, professional manner
- Represent AT&T professionally in every interaction
