- Field Leadership & Rotations: Conduct daily field rotations to inspect, support, and check in with NOLA Protection officers, clients, and back-office administration.
- Operational Syncs: Participate actively in daily operational standup meetings to report on field status and coordinate logistics.
- Resource Management: Ensure all active job sites are fully equipped with the necessary equipment, tools, and resources for officers to perform their duties.
- Emergency Post Coverage: Maintain immediate readiness to stand post in the absence of a scheduled officer, or to cover until a tardy officer arrives.
- Training & Onboarding: Train new hires on company protocols, site-specific duties, and professional expectations.
- Special Event Readiness: Lead the setup, mobilization, and standing up of special event security details when required.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Licensing & Training: Must hold a current Louisiana State Board security license and up-to-date firearms/weapon training certification.
- Equipment: Must possess your own reliable, duty-grade weapon.
- Driving Record: Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
- Experience: Proven supervisory experience in security, law enforcement, or military sectors.
- Skills: Advanced organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage field teams and client relations effectively.
- Physical Stamina: Capability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to changing outdoor field conditions during rotations. Assigned shifts are typically 3 - 12 hour days, and 1 - 6 hour day. Day shifts are 5:30am - 5:30pm
