Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with customers by learning about their goals and recommending products and services that best fit their needs.

• Meet with customers, including residential customers, to introduce telecommunications products and services while delivering a professional and consultative experience.

Entry Level Account Manager Qualifications

• 0-3 experience in sales, customer service, account management, or another client-focused environment is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers throughout the day in customer-facing environments.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to achieve personal and team sales goals.
