Nola @ Home Care is a locally owned Home Care company looking for care professionals to join our team. As a caregiver we offer:
- 8 to 12 hour shifts with longer-term steady cases
- $13 an hour with overtime available with a daily pay option
- Work locations throughout the Greater New Orleans area
- Hiring for Day and Night positions
As a Care Professional you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing assistance with daily activities and promoting a safe and comfortable environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, fall prevention and medication reminders.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Accompanied clients to appointments and outings as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and progress while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans.
Requirements
- 1 year minimum of caregiving/healthcare or related experience.
- Ability to get to and from work in an on-time manner
- capable of using up to 50 lbs of force.
- Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication.
