Duties

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems for easy access to information.
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record management.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare documents and correspondence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Proofread materials for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order as necessary.
- Support various clerical tasks including typing, filing, and organizing documents.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.
Requirements
- Previous office experience is preferred, with a focus on administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills.
