Role Description
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients, delivering compelling sales presentations, and driving new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on promoting the Star Academy program to schools and educational organizations. This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Orleans, LA, with a combination of in-person meetings and remote work. You will also maintain exceptional customer service, build lasting relationships, and contribute to the successful implementation of educational solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Presentations and effective pitching to diverse audiences
- Strong skills in Relationship Building and fostering professional partnerships
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities to meet and exceed client expectations
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey ideas clearly
- Experience in New Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings
- Knowledge or experience in education or workforce development is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred
