NOLA Brunch & Beignets is seeking a reliable and motivated Manager on Duty to join our team in San Antonio, TX. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can oversee daily operations, support team members, and ensure an exceptional guest experience during every shift.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
- Lead by example and provide support to front-of-house and back-of-house team members
- Ensure guests receive fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards
- Assist with employee coaching, training, and performance feedback
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly
- Delegate tasks and ensure completion throughout the shift
- Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate shift reports
- Ensure safety, security, and operational procedures are followed
- Support staffing needs and maintain effective communication between team members and management
