Position Overview
We’re hiring an experienced Aircraft Mechanic (A&P) to perform scheduled inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on our fleet. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-minded, and able to work independently and as part of a small team in a dynamic airport environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform line maintenance: pre-flight, daily, service checks as required
- Troubleshoot and repair airframe, powerplant, hydraulic, landing gear, and avionics systems
- Conduct inspections and document findings per FAA regulations and company procedures
- Read/interprete aircraft maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and tech data
- Replace components
- Maintain accurate logbooks, maintenance records, and work orders
- Ensure tools and equipment are calibrated and maintained
- Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures
Required Qualifications
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification
- 3 years aircraft maintenance experience (commercial/regional preferred)
- Solid knowledge of FAA regulations, maintenance manuals, and troubleshooting techniques
- Comfortable working in ramp environments, including lift equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and good problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license; ability to pass background check and drug/alcohol testing
Preferred
- Experience with A320 Family & 737's
- Additional training certificates
