Your responsibilities
Operate and maintain multiple automated wafer fabrication equipment to ensure seamless production.
Execute wafer fab processes with precision, adhering to all specifications and documented procedures.
Collaborate effectively with Production and Wafer Fab Engineering Teams to resolve production and tool issues.
Monitor and meet on-time production schedules and goals within the Photonic Integrated Circuit (PIC) department.
Engage in data entry tasks related to production transactions and maintain accurate records.
Contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining focus on safety and quality standards.
Demonstrate strong hand-eye coordination for handling fragile wafers during loading and unloading processes.
Support and mentor new team members to foster a collaborative team culture and continuous improvement.
Your skills and experience
You have:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience with automated wafer fab equipment
Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
It would be nice if you also had:
Previous experience in semiconductor manufacturing
Familiarity with cleanroom protocols
Basic knowledge of data entry and production reporting
Proven hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
