We are seeking a Product Maintenance Test Engineer to support product quality and reliability efforts for hardware and software solutions deployed in the field. This role provides hands-on experience working closely with R&D, quality, and supply chain teams to support fault management, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- HW fault management supporting the quality of products in the field
- Proactively supporting delivery & repair capability
- Supporting design and implementation of product changes supporting product cost erosion and supply chain continuity
- Ensure target SW/HW meets quality criteria via execution of test cases, reporting discovered faults and supporting faults correction deliveries
- Contribute to the definition of Testable Requirements
- Support of quality improvement actions
- Contribute to Taskforce initiatives
- Ensure compliancy to all R&D tools & processes in day-to-day work
- BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or similar degree
- Theoretical and practical understanding of telecom networks.
- Proficient with the MS Office suite, primarily Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
- Good time management, planning, and organizational skills
- Previous Nokia experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good mechanical aptitude with experience using power and hand tools.
- Adept Problem Solver
- Works well in a team environment.
