How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Assist Procurement Managers with daily operational activities, stakeholder communication, and supplier follow-up.
- Support procurement process improvements and digitalization initiatives using tools such as Power BI and Power Automate.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for workflow optimization and operational efficiency.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize procurement records, documentation, and reporting materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support procurement strategies, projects, and overall team operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or Power Automate is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced procurement and supply chain environment.
