How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Devel o p, cha r acte r iz e , and q u alify m a n ufactu r ing p r ocesses f r om co n cept th r ough d evelop m ent and t r a n sfer to m an u factu r i n g, inclu d i n g specifying and p r ocuri n g r e q ui r ed e quip m e nt, p r ocess flow, p r ocess d evelop m ent/ve r ification, a n d qualificati o n plan
- Desig n , execute, and a n alyze expe r i m en t s th r o u gh DOE and sta t i s t i c a l techniqu e s using statistical tools
- Design tooling and fixturing for assigned processes.
- Set up and conduct process checks and complete process documentation for assigned processes to be successfully transitioned from Development into Manufacturing
- Lead and perform Failure Mode Analysis (FMA) techniques as part of process characterization and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) plans
- Train technicians and oversee equipment calibration and maintenance scheduling
- Develop all required documentation for processes that transfer to manufacturing
