The team you'll be part of
The focus on this position is on managing project work, creating schedules, defining resource plan, tracking project costs, tracking deliverables, reporting status, reviewing statement of work, creating presentations, setting meetings, and leading the engineers, technical managers, and architects in the project team.
Expert level technical knowledge is not a requirement but willingness to learn and keep up with new technology is a must. We value a technical background and experience specially in telecommunication Core deployments and service providers including cable and enterprise customers. Looking for general knowledge and technical foundation in Packet Core, VNF concepts, 5G, Cloud migration, Business Applications, and AWS integration and deployment as well as knowledge of IMS/SDL concepts and architecture.

What you will learn and contribute to
We are looking for PMs who could take leadership after the onboarding period and grow in the role technically and with soft skills. PMI PMP certification is a plus.

- Pre-sales support: Engineering Services costing inputs for releases/CRs and SOWs, BC reviews, planning of roadmap releases, feature planning support, cost & SOW inputs for new opportunities
- Nokia Lab management (multiple labs) and coordinate the overall resource planning
- Resource planning, allocation, feedback, and control
- Plan Nokia lab testing for releases
- Control overall program report and costs
- Engineering Services inputs and support
