How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, manage, and operate scalable, highly available cloud infrastructure across tier-1 public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development and operations teams to streamline cloud automation, deployment, and operational processes.
- Monitoring and Observability: Implement and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to provide performance insights and ensure service reliability.
- Automation and Tooling: Maintain and enhance automation frameworks and continuously evaluate and integrate new tools to improve efficiency and reliability.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Master's in Artificial Intelligence or Computer Science. Previous Nokia co-op or internship experience preferred.
- Cloud Platforms: Strong experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including core services, networking, and security concepts.
- CI/CD and DevOps Tooling: Hands-on experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Containerization and Orchestration: Practical experience with Kubernetes (K8s) for deploying and managing containerized applications.
- Programming and Scripting: Proficiency in one or more programming or scripting languages such as Python, C#, SQL, with working knowledge of REST APIs.
- Automation and API Integration: Experience developing automation workflows and integrating systems through APIs.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or Kubernetes, are an advantage.
