- 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a lab or testing environment.

- Experience with automation testing and test plan development.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
- Good communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and customers.
