To join the SiGe team designing Driver and TIA for coherent long-haul and metro systems as well as PAM4 data center systems, primarily using SiGe BiCMOS . This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology that addresses the growing demands of data transmission in modern data centers, telecom networks, and beyond.

Key Skills And Experience
- Relevant experience from Research, Academia or Industry – across allied industries.
- Deep understanding of detailed transistor-level design, device physics.
- Proven experience in one or more areas:
- Low noise / high linear (>50GHz) broadband analog circuits for optical front-end
- High-precision analog circuits (e.g., linear regulators, bandgaps, DAC/ADC).
- Solid expertise with EDA CAD tools, custom analog layout, 3D EM modeling
- Experience in measuring IC performance and debug of design to correlate simulations to measurements
