Marketing Operations Associate

✅ What You’ll Do:

• Scour the internet daily for the latest content trends (yes, get paid to be on social media, seriously!) to help brands reach millions of people
• Oversee day-to-day management of our content tools and their usage by brands and creators
• Help brands develop innovative new viral content ideas
• Help creators execute the creation and distribution of new viral content ideas
• Maintain relationships with brands and take ownership over their success
• Works closely with the Product and Engineering teams to further develop the platform to serve exceptional content at scale

🫵 Who You Are:

• Early-career (0-3 years experience) with strong execution and communication skills, ideally a major in Marketing or Communications
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments
• Highly organized with natural attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as you’ll talk with brands and creators regularly
• Excited about marketing, the creator economy, and social media
• Proactive problem-solver who moves quickly without needing hand-holding
• Excited about coming into the office every day to work with and learn from other team members
• Based in St. Louis (required!)

🤩 Nice-to-Haves:

• Have the finger on the pulse of internet culture: social media, AI, memes, etc.
• Experience in marketing, advertising, social media, and/or customer success
• Evidence of scrappiness, hustle, or self-starter energy
