St. Louis, MO (new office at the City Foundry!)

✅ What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of new and ongoing brand relationships
- Work on recruiting more brands to join our platform
- Develop deep personal relationships with brands and their team members
- Assist brands with platform questions, content help, and other needs
- Work closely with the Content and Creator teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for brands
- Works closely with the Product and Engineering teams to further develop the platform to serve brands’ needs
🫵 Who You Are:
- Early-career (0-3 years experience) with strong execution and communication skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments
- Highly organized with natural attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as you’ll talk with brands regularly
- Excited about marketing, the creator economy, and social media
- Proactive problem-solver who is comfortable with using or learning technical tools and moves quickly without needing hand-holding
- Excited about coming into the office every day to work with and learn from other team members
- Based in St. Louis (required!)

- Have the finger on the pulse of internet culture: social media, AI, memes, etc.
- Experience in marketing, advertising, social media, and/or customer success
