Job Summary
The Production Utility Worker is responsible for providing multi-functional support in the production area, flexibly moving between different processes as needed to ensure efficient, safe, and continuous production operations.
Main Responsibilities
Assist with daily operations in various production roles according to production schedules.
Operate basic production equipment and tools (as per training requirements).
Responsible for material handling, loading, unloading, organizing, and replenishment.
Assist with equipment cleaning, basic maintenance, and workspace organization.
Adhere to safety production regulations and operating procedures.
Assist quality control personnel with basic quality checks.
Complete other production-related tasks assigned by the supervisor as required.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience in manufacturing, factory, or production line work is preferred (experience not required).
Ability to perform physical labor and repetitive tasks.
Good teamwork and execution skills.
Ability to follow safety regulations and work discipline.
Ability to adapt to shift work or overtime (if needed).
