Location: Hudson County, NJ, and surrounding areas; travel between job sites required
Start: Immediate availability needed for this weekend
Compensation: Negotiated fixed price per job
We are seeking one to two reliable, experienced independent cleaners or cleaning business owners interested in additional residential and commercial work. We’re looking to build ongoing relationships with professionals who take pride in their work, communicate clearly, and consistently deliver thorough cleaning.
Current opportunities:
- Recurring commercial cleaning of two small offices every other week.
- Recurring residential apartment cleanings in Hudson County.
Potential additional opportunities:
- Expanded service for the entire commercial building, including daily trash removal, cleaning and sweeping, plus weekly cleaning of all offices.
- Real estate turnovers, move-in/move-out cleanings, Airbnb turnovers, and other residential and commercial jobs.
Additional opportunities depend on client bookings and are not guaranteed.
Requirements:
- Previous professional residential and/or commercial cleaning experience.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between job sites.
- Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and dependable communication.
- Ability to complete agreed-upon work independently and meet quality standards.
- Availability to begin this weekend.
- Professional references or examples of previous cleaning work.
Pricing and scheduling:
We will agree on the scope and a fixed price for each job before work begins. For recurring jobs, that price will remain consistent unless the scope changes by mutual agreement. Scheduling will be coordinated based on client needs and your availability.
