We are Bai Tong group representing Noi Thai Cuisine and Bai Tong Thai Restaurant. We are located in 6 Washington state locations, and we also have out-of-state locations in Bend, OR and Honolulu, HI. We are currently hiring for the following position:

Job Brief: An enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. The successful candidates will be able to mix and match ingredients in order to create classic and innovative drinks in accordance with customer’s needs and expectations. Our bartenders need to have a real passion for the Food and Beverage Industry!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner
- Interact with guests, take orders and serve drinks
- Access guests needs and preference and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Know the menu and pare drinks and wines with food
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Check guests identification and confirm it is real and meets all requirements
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Good physical condition
- Ability to keep bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant licenses and permits
- Comply with all of Noi Thai’s standards and procedures
