Nofal Insurance & Wealth is a veteran owned and managed independent insurance agency in Brentwood, TN. We're looking for a producer who wants to sell, serve clients, and build a valuable book of business. You bring the effort and the relationships. We provide the leads, the training, the technology, and the carrier access.

- Write home, auto, umbrella, and commercial insurance
- Build your own relationships and referral network

Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. 100% commission, no base salary. $30,000 to $60,000 in your first year.
There is no cap on the commissions you earn. Your split rises from 65% to 80% on new business and from 35% to 70% on renewals as your production grows. Quarterly production bonuses on top of commission — $1,000 at 15 policies in a quarter, rising with production. Renewal income compounds year over year as your book builds, so year two and beyond are materially higher than year one.
Business written from agency-supplied leads stays with the agency. Business you produce yourself is yours. Produce more. Keep more.
